This Jeju Island First Flush green tea, harvested just before Ipha (the beginning of the summer season) on the slopes of Mt. Halla off Korea's southern coast, is prepared by steaming, rolling, sorting, and drying. It is then carefully blended with natural air-dried plum blossom petals and left to rest, allowing the flavors to mingle. All natural ingredients, with no added flavorings, colors, or sweeteners.
To prepare, add 1 teaspoon of tea to 6 ounces of 190°F water and steep for 2 minutes. Teas Unique First Flush (the first machine harvest of the season) is a Korean nokcha (green tea) blended with red plum blossom petals. Harvested in late April from a single estate tea plantation on Jeju Island, off Korea's southern coast, the green tea is prepared by wilting, steaming, rolling, and drying. The plum blossoms used are USDA Organic.
The tea is the product of Korea, and it is blended and packaged in the USA. Naturally gluten-free, the tea contains only all-natural ingredients with no added flavors, colors, or sweeteners.
